New Low Cost 5 Watt Termination
BroadWave Technologies, Inc. has introduced a new low cost 5 Watt termination. Model 552-306-005 is a 50 Ohm device operating DC-4 GHz. Maximum VSWR is 1.15:1 DC-1 GHz, 1.20:1 1-2 GHz, 1.25:1 2-3 GHz and 1.30:1 3-4 GHz. The unit is 1.53 inches long from the connector, 0.50 inches diameter body with 0.437 inch across flats. 75 Ohm Programmable Attenuator
BroadWave Technologies has developed an electromechanical 75 Ohm Programmable Attenuator with an external TTL control board and BNC female connectors. Model 674-043-063 offers a dynamic range of 63 dB in 1 dB steps over a frequency range of DC-2 GHz. Attenuation accuracy is +/- 0.5 dB or 2% of programmed, 1.50:1 maximum VSWR and 3.0 dB insertion loss. The switching speed is 10 milliseconds and TTL control comes via a 10-pin connector with a latch. Other impedance and connector options are also available. 100 Watt Conduction Cooled Terminations
BroadWave Technologies has developed a small, light weight 100 Watt termination. Model 551-199-100 is a space saving 50 Ohm, DC-3 GHz load with an SMA male connector. Conduction cooled terminations mount to a customer provided heat sink, exhibit 1.25:1 maximum VSWR with an operating temperature range of -40oC to +70oC. These low cost units are appropriate for commercial and military communication systems, power amplifiers and site equipment. Delivery is stock to one week for up to 500 pieces. 80 dB Fixed Attenuator
BroadWave Technologies has developed a new line of fixed attenuators. Model 352-276-080 is a 50 Ohm, 80 dB fixed attenuator with N connectors. This 1 Watt average unit operates from DC to 3000 MHz offers nominal attenuation accuracy of 1.75 dB and maximum VSWR is 1.40:1. 4 GHz Impedance Matching Pads
Eliminate impedance discontinuity (mismatches) without introducing reflection to the circuit. Model 852-879-MF4 is a 50 to 75 Ohm impedance matching pad.
